ELCO03.1 & ELCO03.2 Construction
- Deconstruction (cd & 2x12 vinyl)
watch out for the Electronic Corporation! that
sentence, seen on several releases from h.e.i.m.elektronik
@ mas 2008 was meant as a warning of what follows..
subsequent to the debut album "Plastic Omnium"
(1999), Ive Müller and Renè Kirchner
are moving ahead in their co-working and producing
by releasing their second album "Construction
- Deconstruction" under the name Electronic
Corporation. the first album being a huge credit
to detroit and their producers, the new product
reflects a more political aspect in their life,
not forgetting the detroit style. "Construction
- Deconstruction" shows other facets of their
characters, more wave and industrial influences
with the classical detroit rythm programming.
opening with "Save Your Live"",
which is meant as message to all men, who are
dominated by the daily struggle of life, followed
by "...Something Is Better Than Man ?",
posed as a question, there must be something better.
"Die Fortschrittslüge" and "1984",
reflect a last-days-scenario and reminds of Orwell`s
future scenario, which became somehow reality.
the album also shows the more poppical and harmonic
side of the two producers. "Area 44145"
or "The Agents" represent the other
side of Ive and Renè. classical detroit
and industrial influences can be found in "We
Got Velocity" and "Music is The Voice
From Beyond". the final track "Step
Into The Parallel" is also meant as a vision
of how to understand electronic music as a state
of mind and the belief in outer dimensions. so
as a résumé of the album as a follow-up
to what was before, Electronic Corporation shows
that you can combine industrial and political
aspects with danceable beats and the drive of
electronic music......SAVE YOUR LIFE - CLEAR YOUR
MIND - KILL YOUR FEARS!
